What is bakhour?
Bakhour is a type of incense made from fragrant wood chips, such as cedar, agar or sandalwood soaked in all types of fragrant oils, essential oils and musks. When burning it or heating it up on an incense burner these fragrances are released to fill the room or area with a nice scent.

Some bakhour are believed to have additional health benefits (like Bakhour Essaâda), such as soothing the soul, stimulating the mind, increasing happiness and eliminating anger, protection from the evil eye, magic and envy when used during a Rugyah.
