Agarwood (Thailand)

Natural agarwood from Thailand. Heat it on charcoal to release the sweet woody scent of the oud and fill the room with an aroma that will last for hours.

Size: Chips can differ in size. A big piece is about 10 centimeters in length and a few centimeters in width.

Agarwood can be used for many different purposes:
- You can heat it up on charcoal to release the scent of oud
- You can add it to ethanol to create a tincture and evaporate the ethanol after it has absorbed all the oud to create pure oud oil.
- After that the left over chips can be reused to create bakhoor, so nothing goes to waste.

Since agarwood is a rare and expensive material every bit of it that is harvested should have a meaningful purpose.
